Neagley Episode Guide

Frances Neagley has spent years proving that Jack Reacher is not the only former member of the 110th Special Investigations Unit capable of dismantling a conspiracy. Neagley finally places Maria Sten’s controlled, fiercely resourceful private investigator at the centre of her own case.

This episode guide will follow the complete first season in release order, with numbered episode titles, original spoiler-light summaries and Skull Face’s Picks identifying the strongest instalments. All eight episodes will be released together on Prime Video on 16 September 2026.

Before you press play: Familiarity with Reacher is recommended because the spin-off builds upon Neagley’s military history, her friendship with Reacher and their service in the 110th. The individual summaries will avoid spoiling their own episodes, although later entries may disclose developments from earlier instalments.

Season 1 (2026) – 8 Episodes

Season 1 follows Frances Neagley, now working as a private investigator in Chicago, as she learns that a beloved friend from her past has died in suspicious circumstances. Determined to uncover the truth, she draws upon her military investigative experience and everything she learned alongside Reacher, placing herself on the trail of a dangerous threat with connections to her own history.

Episode guide coming 16 September 2026: Prime Video has confirmed that all eight episodes will be released on the same day, but the official episode titles and complete stories are not yet available. The full numbered guide and Skull Face’s Picks will be added once the season has been released and the evidence has been properly examined. Neagley would expect nothing less.
